When Texas first passed the CHL, several businesses in my town put up 30.06 signs (No Tresspass by CHL holders). I made it a point to talk to each owner and manager to explain why I would be taking my business elsewhere. Now there is one Stop and Rob in town with the sign. Vote with your feet, vote with your checkbook.

In Ohio they hand out small stack of calling cards furnished by the Buckeye Firearms Foundation to participants of CCW classes to give to businesses that post "No Weapons Permitted" signs. The cards state "No Guns = No Money"

On the back they further state" "Unlike most people, license holders have passed a criminal background check. Statistics show we are far more law-abiding than the general public. Our numbers are growing every day. We are ideal customers and will patronize your business if you let us. Remove your sign and I, my family, and many other gun owners will gladly return."

Funny thing, but from casual observation about 90% of the businesses that posted those signs immediately after CCW passage no longer do so. Imagine that!
