PORTLAND -- Bail for a man inside the Occupy Portland camp Wednesday on accusations related to a Tuesday Molotov cocktail fire was raised to $1 million by a judge Thursday.
David Hodson, 29, was arraigned on first-degree arson, manufacturing a destructive device, possession of an explosive device and second-degree criminal mischief charges.

In an interview Wednesday morning on OPB, Mayor Sam Adams said that a suspect in the World Trade Center bombing was seen returning to the camp.
Portland's World Trade Center houses the headquarters for Oregon's largest electric utility, state offices, a number of law firms and the office of U.S. Sen. Jeff Merkley.

With so many reports of violence, a few deaths, many sexual assaults, etc. from Occupy events, does anybody seriously still compare Occupy Wall Street to the Tea Party?
How much violence has happened at Tea Party events?
How many sex assaults?
How many shootings?
How many drug deals gone bad?
How many deaths?
How many marches blocking seaports and disrupting everyday business in a major city?
This is nitpicky I know, but there’s Portland Maine & Portland Oregon. It would be appreciated in the title or lead of a story if which Portland were specified. I know there are more Portlands than that, but these 2 are their state’s largest cities.

Actually, there was an “explosive” tossed into Portland ME’s occupy camp a few weeks ago, so when I saw the header, I was thinking “A million bail for that lame thing?” lol
But I’m glad to see communities fighting back. It’s about time!

Portland Maine is a sea of sanity as compared to Portland, Oregon, one of the key centers of marxism and socialism on the West Coast ( and in competition with Seattle, the home of lots of commies and druggies, and most of California).
