New patients on this stuff really should have somebody around the first few nights to make sure they don’t get up and do stuff half awake, but clumsily enough to put themselves in danger.
I shudder to think what mixing it with Scotch would do. I’ve never been that stupid. In less severe cases, a patient will engage in activities after taking the pill and forget about the activities until something reminds him later (like getting up the next morning and seeing a bowl he ate from the previous night in the sink).
Maybe Perry took a Valium or two.
I went to bed at my usual time, 10:00, a few days ago. A buddy called me at 11:30. I answered the phone. I was apparently on my computer, but sound asleep! He said that I repeated every sentence three times. I have no memory of his call. I was wondering why I found food out in the mornings. 4 spoons in a yogurt container. Evidently, I can’t take a half Ativan either. My Doc says I’m an amazing case!
I’ve talked to my Doc about this issue. He’s not listening! Seems to want to believe the company bs over my personal experience. He’s a good Doc, so I won’t drop him. He’ll figure it put eventually.
Doctor said nothing about how GD dangerous that crap is.
I took every night for 8 days (bad time, father died).
Day 4 or 5 I had this incredible dry mouth but didn't make the connection.
On day 8 I told my wife who said it's an Ambien side effect.
OK, I said, no more Ambien.
That night was the worst night of my life, night terrors, crazy incredibly vivid dreams with people screaming at me , a sky full of bombers flying overhead.
I woke up in a cold sweat and googled Ambien withdrawal.
That stuff is as bad as Heroin.
