120 years ago, a patriot went home to the Lord.
Before he died, he requested that a warning about
the Democrat party be inscribed upon his tomb stone.
Nathaniel Grigsby was a prophet.

Birth: Oct. 11, 1811 Death: Apr. 16, 1890 2nd. Lieutenant CO. G. 10th Ind. Cavalry Nathaniel GRIGSBY. Son of Reuben Davis GRIGSBY Sr. & Nancy BARKER. Born 11 October 1811 in Nelson Co., KY. Died 16 April 1890 in Attica, Harper Co., KS. Buried in Attica, Harper Co., KS. He was a Civil War veteran, a 2nd Lieut., of Company G, 10th Indiana Cavalry. He was a farmer. Nathaniel was a dear friend of Abraham Lincoln. After Lincoln moved to Illinois in 1830, Nathaniel moved with his father to Carroll Co., MO in 1855. In 1860, he was living in Norborne. He wrote to Lincoln and received an appointment as Republican Precinct Committee Man. He placed Lincoln's name on the 1860 ballot. All of Natty's neighbors were Southern sympathizers. He had been talking about electing Lincoln for president in town. One morning at about 2 or 3 a.m. a neighbor rode up and told Natty not to light any lights. The neighbor wanted to warn him that his neighbors were planning to murder him and if he wanted to live he should be on his way. After the warning, Natty moved back to Spencer Co., IN where he and four of his five sons enlisted in Company C 10th IN Cavalry (Richmond Davis did not enlist). Natty was named 2nd Lieutenant. The family apparently returned to Carroll Co., MO but in 1885 they moved to Harper Co., KS and settled on a farm in the extreme northwest corner of the county. In 1890, they moved to Attica, KS. Nathaniel was buried in Attica. WENT TO SCHOOL WITH LINCOLN'S, BROTHER TO AARON GRIGSBY WHO MARRIED ABE LINCOLN'S OLDEST SISTER. VISITED IN WHITE HOUSE. "Through this inscription I wish to enter my dying protest against what is called the Democratic party I have watched it closely since the days of Jackson and know that all the misfortunes of our nation has come to it through this so called party therefore beware of this party of treason. My son called me this morning from Texas. He lives outside of Dallas area, and he told me that that many of his friends are seriously preparing for a possible civil war in America within the next ten years. He tells me that they believe things are already too far gone to fix, and that the only way to correct the problem is to take the country back by force, the way the founding fathers took it away from King George. They are collecting supplies, and keeping their powder dry.

After I got off the phone with him, I saw this posted on OneVike's blog, GATE, and thought he would not mind if I shared it here. Looks like Nathaniel Grigsby knew back in 1890 that the Democrats were treasonous. Maybe they should have outlawed the Party back then like the Nazi's were outlawed in Germany after WWII.

The world is beginning to scare this old lady. My son keeps urging me to sell my home and move to Texas with him and his family. Maybe it's time I took him up on his offer. God knows California has gone to the buzzards, and the longer I put it off, the less my home is worth.

Last Tuesday President Obama got off the helicopter in front of The White House carrying a baby piglet under each arm. The squared-away Marine guard snapped to attention, saluted and said

The President replied

You would be wise to heed your son's words Korah. So come on over to Texas, and allow your son to do what the good Lord is pressing upon his heart. Financially it will help you all.

By the way, your son is right. Many here are preparing for the day when the government we were to trust becomes the government we will fight against. If it comes to a war though, fear not, because we will annihilate them. It won't be pretty, but it will be final. Let us pray for a landslide victory at the ballot box instead.

This seems to work both ways. The marxists must feel the same if a Republican is elected, especially a conservative one? Either way unrest is likely, and we are bound to reap the wind of the mass apostasy occurring in the US, against God, don’t you agree? The godlessness is palpable and the consequences unavoidable. This contention is simply manifested in our politics, but we know the fundamental cause is between us as a people and our God.

Hey Korah... Texan here hun.Let me tell you I DO agree with you son about moving there. Unfortunately, like you I am living out of state here in Lousyanna. Couldn’t sell my property come hell or high water. Our ONLY hope is we keep the house, take over the senate and elect a conservative president. I lived through the Carter years,back then they said as today it would take ten years to reverse the damage. Truth be told...it only took three. Hang tight and see what happens.. if its Bammy again ...sell, take the loss and move to Texas. My heart tells me Ca. will NEVER recover from being so liberal. Born and raised in California, and have no intention of running away with my tail between my legs. Besides there are too many damn liberals from California migrating to other states. It seems silly to me to move 1,000 miles to another state only to have to fight with the same damn liberal assho!es I’m fighting with now.
