Newton must have forgotten that he cast his GA delegate vote at the Miami Beach convention in 1968 for Nelson A. Rockefeller.

Nice. For being the smartest guy in the room, Gingrich sure can say some stupid things. btw, if you are going to be all proper in listing his entire first name, Newton, you absolutely must also throw in his middle name for good measure - Leroy.

I know I’m from NY, but Nelson Aldrich Rockefeller was a famous person that any informed person should have heard of.

Hey, Nelson Rockefeller was a great VP. Maybe Mitt could take that role.

When I die, I want to go out with a smile on my face like Nelson Rockefeller...not screaming, crying and gasping for breath like Megan Marshack.

Newt Gingrich was actually Southern Regional Director for Nelson Rockefeller's campaign in 1968.

I have lost all respect for the man.

I haven’t seen Cain go after Romney on much of anything, except “my 9-9-9 plan is simpler than your 59 point plan, Mitt".

You're not right.

Herman Cain hits Romney on health care plan

“I do not support the Massachusetts health care law,” “I do not support the Massachusetts health care law...I haven't heard one of the potential candidates say that they agree with ObamaCare,...but former Gov. Romney is going to have to deal with the issue of what he did in Massachusetts.”

Herman Cain wants a fight in Las Vegas

"Governor Romney, saying you're a businessman simply isn't enough. I hope you will participate in this debate to showcase what experiences and vision we each have, and which of us would be able to best help stabilize and grow our economy."

Cain: Romney is just too ‘Wall Street’ to win

“He’s not going to be able to shake the ankle breaks as I call it, of RomneyCare,” he said. “It’s going to continue to haunt him...“His business experience is Wall Street, mine has been main street,” he said. “I’ve actually run individual units. I’ve actually made the pizza. I’ve actually cooked the burgers. I’ve actually clean the toilets. I’ve actually run a bunch of small businesses."

Cain goes right after Romney in heated campaign

"We can’t get excited about (Romney’s) leadership...He got a little defensive last time, so he knows Herman is going to come after him...We are in a contest here. We are in a battle...I’m going after Romney only on his economic plan because that’s where he is a little weak...I think it kind of caught him off guard a little bit. The problem with his 59-point plan is you’re talking about something that’s never going to pass.”

Cain: Romney not a 'staunch conservative'

"I don’t think he’s a staunch conservative because he’s changed his position on too many things over the years. The other thing is, if you just look at Romneycare in Massachusetts, no matter how much he tries to pretend that it was supposed to be good for Massachusetts, a conservative would never have signed that Romneycare legislation in Massachusetts."

Cain says Romney not a staunch conservative?

What a whimpy attack.

Attacking Romney on his 59 point plan is the weakest attack to make on him.

No one in the whole world has actually read that 59 point plan or cares to.

Attacking Romney on his 59 point plan is not attacking him where it hurts.

As a matter of fact, it might encourage people to take a look at Romney’s plan.

Did you read the full quote?

Cain said that "a conservative would never have signed that Romneycare legislation in Massachusetts."

Do I need to point out to you that Cain is saying that Romney isn't a conservative, period!?

hmm Perhaps you want to explain why I should be concerned about Cain’s 2008 support for Romney and Perry’s close personal relationship with Uber GOP Liberal Rudy Giuliani?

“a Nelson Rockefeller Republican”

Not so, Willard is a Rockefeller RINO and it doesn’t matter whether he registers as a Democrat or Republican.
He could swing either way - just like Arlen Specter.

How about this Perrybots? How about you drop the smear attack campaign postings and try making a case for your candidate for once?

Odd how the Perrybots and the Romneybots are using the exact same campaign tactics. The never ever make a case FOR their candidate, they merely slander and lie about all the other ones.

So which campaign are you Perrybots actually working for?
