IMO, the state that cast the greatest % of GOP votes for POTUS in the previous election should be first, and so on down the line.

Primaries could be grouped on that basis to have several in one day, but the greatest % of GOP votes would rule.

There is no reason to have primaries first in states that the GOP will never carry. The party should be governed by the voters that vote that way, NOT NE liberal puke states that vote for RATS.

Like your ideas. The only thing I would add is that those states with open primaries go to the back of the line regardless of how they voted for POTUS.
