I remember when the homosexual propaganda was all about celebrating the choice to be ‘gay’. The analogy was always made to a preference for vanilla or chocolate icecream (how Freudian is that?), and the buzzword of the day was ‘sexual preference’. That was back in the ‘70s. Then along came federal jurisprudence (of course) which gave greater protection to those who were in a ‘suspect class’, which were immutable and out of the individual’s control, such as race or nation of origin. Presto-change-o the ‘sexual preference’ went away in favor of the ‘gay gene’. The doctrine is of course expanding and altered from that original boundary, but that is it in a nutshell, and why homosexual propaganda did a 180 from preference to being born that way.
Every single significant distortion in our culture today has some federal actor, jurisprudence or policy behind it. Every single one.

I was selling college textbooks in the seventies. One of our texts was an Abnormal Psych book. When I went to work for the company the text listed homosexuality as aberrant behavior. When the new wedition came out, the listing had changed to ‘risky anti-social behavior’. Another edition a few years later listed homosexuality as a risky alternate lifestyle. Before I left that company, the designation went from that to not even being listed in the abnoraml texts.

Yes—it is our “jurisprudence”. We used to be a nation under the Rule of Law (God’s Absolutes)—Now we are ruled by arbitrary law—not based in Universal Truths established in Natural Law Theory (Locke) —like children have the inalienable right to life and a government that promotes children having biological parents.

Parents are too busy in a government that forces women to separate from their babies so the state can shape their minds....Lenin invented daycare after he destroyed the marriage contract in Russia—Destroy the family unit and you get chaos so people are too busy making ends meet to keep track of government corruption and bribes and the sick ideas they are putting into the minds of their young children to make them dysfunctional and immoral.......and we wonder why our laws make no sense, and our kids can’t think and are addicted to all sorts of nihilism. Government is force and if not restrained give special rights to some over others!!!! and steal private property from the productive to reward evil behavior.
