The new rules approved by the Obama administration require gun dealers in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California to report anyone who makes multiple semi-automatic gun purchases within a 5-day period.
If these are legal sales doesn’t the guberment already have this information?
APPARENTLY THE 2ND AMENDMENT DOES NOT APPLY IN BORDER STATES......................

I just heard that 47,000 people were killed in Mexico this past year because of drug/gang violence. I also just read a book, Buried Secrets by Edward Humes (1991) about how drug criminals had taken to using the black magic portions of Palo Mayombe and Santeria. Judging from the vicious torture and mutilations involved in major recent massacres, it would appear that these beliefs/methods have become much more widespread in the criminal subculture.
I guess this is like the additional notification of bank transactions of $10,000 or more to track drug money.

They implement Fast & Furious which ignored every federal gun law, and then turn around by executive fiat, and add more gun laws.
