Hey, hehe, that SOB looks guilty as **** lets throw him in the slammer!!! Yeah, that's the ticket. Proof beyond a reasonable doubt???? WTF is that??? We don't need that stinking Constitution when it fits MY needs and opinions. So now common sense is the standard for convictions.......right on FReeper!!

You're disgusting. That wasn't what I was saying. You should just join the "it makes me feel good jurors." Common sense needs to be used in a circumstantial case. And I guess if no one sees you commit murder and you get rid of all evidense, which wasn't the case in this situation, then you can't be convicted, There was plenty of evidense and if you're intelligent enough to put 2 & 2 together it should have been a guilty verdict.

"Common sense needs to be used..."

EXACTLY! Too many times the juries get overwhelmed by the 'show' the lawyers put on. One of those OJ jurors made the comment 'I thought he was guilty but the prosecution didn't do a good enough job' ...WTH?!! If you know in your gut, your instincts, your COMMON SENSE that you are being 'played' by a defense attorney, you need to use your BRAIN! Otherwise they should just program 12 computers for input/output. People need to THINK and REASON and not let the lawyers do the thinking for them.

Common sense needs to be used in a circumstantial case.

Too many innocent people have been sent to prison for the "common sense" circumstantial standard you set.

cleared by dna evidence

As I mentioned in an earlier post, the prosecution should have charged her with crimes they could prove.
