Someone in the Republican leadership ought to be speaking out about this—right after Chuck the A-Hole Schumer went around spouting the LIE about the conservatives sabotaging the economy.

This burns my ass. My brother, a hardworking guy running his own one-man business, screwed up his withholding for a period of years and found himself in a hole once the mistake was known. The IRS is coming after him with hammer and tongs, and they TAKE money from guys like him and give it to damned deadbeats. THIS JUST MAKES ME MADDER THAN HELL.

And the IRS will continue to come after your brother with that hammer and tongs. It will go on and on, until they leave him high and dry with not even a business left to take care of himself and his family.

I know. I am going through this right now. If they say you owe them money....they will jack up the interest and fees a mafia meathead would admire. Make no mistake about it.

My only advice is what he has probably already done. Get a good lawyer. Won’t help completely, but might help him sleep at night.

Unbelievable the amount of money I am paying in to the system so they can bail out others.

I don’t sleep at night because of the IRS. But these freeloading pieces of crap will be nice and cozy tonight with visions of my money and your money dancing in their heads.

When are we going to care enough to take back what is ours?

Wow i am just barely making my payments lately. Maybe i should just default for 50 grand of free money.

Carefull. Read the fine print. Once you clear the pre-App, you are then placed in a lottery (no details given) where your name may be picked for the final award ceremony. No guarantees.

Hey Obama, I’m underwater due to your economy but I still make my payments on time...do I get some cash?

As long as you are making your payments, no matter how hard to have to bust your butt to do so, you obviously don't need any help.

This is not the actual title. 3 days ago a thread I started was removed because I added a phrase after the title. Admin stated that I should post exact title or not to post at all. Is this an exception to that rule? Please help me understand.

I've got some yard work to do in preparation for the holiday weekend so I'm pasting something here I wrote elsewhere regarding this topic.

I hope everyone has a happy and safe Fourth of July.

America, the patient, is very weak and gravely Ill, to the extent she now requires intensive care. While she lay dying on the operating table it is becoming painfully apparent that the environment in the operating room is septic. There are those who wish to see her survive and there are those who do not. In this medical metaphor, we are the surgeons, our understanding of how to treat the patient and the tools we use are not scalpels and sutures. The tools we use are laws and our ability to articulate them.

We have an epidemic on our hands. A plague. While the specific individual steps required to cure each patient may differ from the next, the pathogen is the same. Just as it would be irresponsible of a Chief Medical Officer at a hospital to realize a deadly plague exists, and to deny to all his surgeons their need to be aware of it – so it would be if a judge were to deny the fact we are suffering from a financial plague brought about by widespread deliberate indifference to the Law. Confining each individual case to the issues in the instant matter without considering that millions are succumbing to this plague, in increasing numbers, creates an impediment in the quest to find a cure.

Those that do not wish to see the patients survive either the financial plague or my imaginary medical plague are at every crack and crevice of the operating room, relentlessly and remorselessly pumping pathogens towards the patients in an effort to further add to the sepsis. The surgery still needs to be performed individually – but it must be acknowledged that the waiting room is full of new patients.

$lick Willie’s (I'm pretty sure he originally lobbed this in the air) notion of principle reduction is more $hit-lipping.

Anyone remember Whitewater Development Corp.? Madison Guaranty Building and Loan? Jim Guy Tucker? Web Hubbell?

No one will be receiving 50K except the banks if this wild idea comes to fruition.

We must all realize something important. All those who dutifully and admirably cite their "Moral Contract" need to understand that your "Moral Contract" is most likely the only one that truly exists.

Submit all your financial information, list all you assets and income to The Ministry of Fairness…sure.

In the process you’ll be sized up for a deficiency judgment and denied.

You’ll also waive the right to question how many “books” your loan landed in and how many Credit Defaults Swaps lived in each “book”.

The Ponzi plankton at the bottom of the fraudulent food chain, the borrowers, should crank up civil suits of their own en masse whether in default or not.

At some point in time, in the realm of foreclosure litigation, the distinction between negligent representation and fraudulent representaion needs to be drilled home.

No one is playing by the rules. If you obtained a mortgage beginning in the early to mid nineties it has more than likey been paid off more than once already with your tax dollars and your children's tax dollars. Further, those involved in the securitization racket avoided paying taxes on their systemic unjust enrichment.

See REMIC.

divide et impera

While we fight amongst ourselves, our common enemy - the phony form of capitalism that now calls the shots - the masters are laughing amongst themselves.

They are laughing at us and there is nothing funny about it.

By the time you really learn what has happened it may be too late.

If you decide to sell your house you are going to need legal title to your property.

Moral Contracts do not count...

Below is a two minute video that is interesting.

You know, despite all this information, there are still tools on here who will just say that complaining about MERS, fraudulent loan securitisation, foreclosing on people who never took out loans in the first place, etc. is “trying to get a free house.”

Our people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge.

Yep, I remember. I also remember Seth Ward, the McDougals, Barry Seal, Felix Rodriquez and a large cast of extras. Whitewater was not about land, about development or about investing. It was about money laundering for the benefit of Slick Willie and some of his friends. Mena and Nella AR, and Guadalahara, Mexico.
