TXE records are data records. The certifying statement is saying this document is an abstract of all data points related to this individual. Naturally, only the most current data point would be selected for any particular field.
What does TXE mean or stand for?
Yes, I saw you printed data records.
I have been calling the new long form COLB and abstract with data points on it but for the life of me can’t understand misspelling the word “THE” with TXE.

That puzzled me, too. So I started searching to find out if TXE had any real meaning. To my ultimate surprise, I learned that TXE is an actual term used in computer jargon to refer to data files. It is very possible that Hawaii uses the term to refer to the records in their paperless system.

Without the ability to break apart the layer with the certifying statement, it is probably not possible to say whether this particular letter was doctored. I have asked a specialist to look at it. No return response. May not get one. There is plenty wrong with this document even if this is never proven. I’ve noticed that many at FR are spelling “the” “txe” in their posts as a way of referring to the fake nature of the document. I think that is fun! Anyway, I hope I answered your question.

The other problems are that all other COLB Abstracts do not use TXE.
Further “OF TXE” is in bold type.
So two things that don’t occur on any other examples and the question is “Why?”

I am a computer dummy and hang out with computer dummies! LOL! This is where I found the info about TXE data. I did not fully understand what I read, so that is where D-fenr came in. D-fendr confirmed that data files could be referred to as TXE files.

The TXE is no mistake or blurring. It is intentional. TXE is a file extension associated with Enriched Text files. (I picked up this definition from here:

Enriched text is a formatted text format for e-mail, defined by the IETF in RFC 1896 and associated with the text/enriched MIME type. It is “intended to facilitate the wider interoperation of simple enriched text across a wide variety of hardware and software platforms”.

I do not think this is bold type. I think it is like the Ann Dunham signature that has fine clear pen lines at one point and at another has solid black pixelated lines. The bold “OF TXE” is evidence of the location in the graphic that was edited to amend the statement to reflect what the document is.
As I said, if one could break apart that one layer and separate out the “OF TXE” there might be more info there. Might being the operative word!!!

When all is said and done, fingers will eventually point back to Hawaii. Hawaii wants to have the scapegoat of “we were being asked by the President of the United States to do something illegal. We did not know how to handle the situation. So we amended our certifying statement to accurately reflect what the document was that we presented to the President. We are sorry, but we were in a tough spot. May not have been the honest choice, but it wasn’t illegal. Please forgive us.”
This, of course is all my theory. No factual weight behind it at any point, and has been shown to be quite weak at various points. Nevertheless, even a weak theory can still became the truth, if the right evidence presents itself. Unfortunately, I have seen no solid evidence to give my theory any legitimacy.
It’s all weak. There is no reason for Barak’s COLB to have so many discrepencies compared to others.
There is no reason whatsoever to have inserted TXE as it deviates from the standard and now I have another thought as to what it should say according the Hawaii Statutes.....
Absolutely agree. There is no excuse for any of it. This is my final and last stand on the document:
A clearly —not— legitimate document has been presented to the public by the President of the United States, because it can clearly be shown to have changed form at some time after being copied from the original record, thus invalidating the document for it’s stated purpose.
The Pres. of USA should be a man who surely understands the importance of proper process and documentation.
If BHO doesn’t understand this basic fact (one that most every American who seeks a driver’s license or public education understands) how can we have confidence in his ability to perform his many legally binding duties?
These are serious questions that need answers at even the smallest level of “why can’t BHO properly handle official documentation?” But at the greater level of suspected forgery, we are discussing a real threat to our constitution.

and that in a nut shell is the difference between Herman Cain and Obama. Cain wants to be based upon his merits. he wants to earn what he has. Obama doesn’t care about earning anything, he has expectations like he is entitled.
I look at Caine and am able to just see a man who has worked his butt off and listen to wisdom gained through
experience. Not white, not black. It doesn’t matter. Put a bag over his head and I am going to see the same thing.
When I look at Obama, I see some punk street hustler playing three card monte.
two things i have seen in obama’s latest that may tickle your fancy.
Blow up the pdf file to 600% and look at the registration number. The whole thing is in two colors except the last number .. that is 256 colors.

and he second is that when you have it at 600 - 800% look at Alvin Onaka’s name on the signature on the bottom.
Look at the “A” in Alvin .. it is a smiley face .. the scumbags.
I disagree, Biden is an absolute idiot .. that is true. But I would rather have an idiot in the WH than a very smart man hell bent on destroying us. The second can do so much more damage.

I think you are right .. but it does not grant you the status of being a Natural Born Citizen, which is exactly what the founders were concerned with.

I know what you mean and I understand your frustration. But you must admit that a lot of people here have gone to a lot of trouble to find out what the framers meant by the term “Natural Born Citizen” as it pertains to only ONE office in the entire country.
It has absolutely no reflection on you, your parents or anything else. You are not seeking to be president of the united states I don’t imagine. Maybe senator, or congressman, alderman or county legislator. That is all fine and dandy.
We are talking about one office that was intended to hold 1/4 of the power of the entire government of our United states with one person. They wanted to make sure that that person had been brought up in the ways of an American household. With American Ideals.
I myself am a NBC. But my parents were not. their parents were immigrants from Italy. And even two generations later, we still celebrated traditional Italian customs in food, greetings and family affairs. My children do not, but it has taken several generations to get passed “the old country”
Imagine back when the revolutionary war was on, how the founders must have feared one person (such as the king) having so much power, that he virtually ran without restraint from any congress, judges, church or anyone.
They were taking their very lives into their hands at the time going against him.
Certainly they never wanted anyone to wield that type of power ever again in our nation. They even knew that they did not have a NBC at the time which is why they added in the line “or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution”
There were people old enough at the age of 35. but none that would have had parents that were born here. So they had to make an exception for themselves so someone could hold that very special office.
Please, PLEASE don’t take this personally. I am just proud and damn happy to be an American. As i am sure that you are from how you write. I think your parents were as well. Just realize that none of this matters to anyone except someone who wants to control 1/4 of the government.
the person who holds that kind of power should be raised without the old customs and thoughts that are naturally inherited from parents to children.

We all have our opinions, but the bottom line is that Barack Obama is the President of the United States. This needs to go to SCOTUS before the next election. One of the Rep candidates should challenge it, because they will have standing or at least one state should take it on.
That’s not the first time!
