Yeah you’re right. Sprint won’t be able to keep up with the Big Boys at this rate. Unless Carlos Slim want to buy them out.

My cell phone service is through T-Mobile. While coverage may not be as good vs. Verizon I have not had billing issues and other hassles that I hear from other providers. Now I’m concerned big ATT will screw it up.

Depending on your needs a pay as you go plan might work. I have a Virgin Mobile phone as does my wife. We don’t use them much. $20.00 every 90 days is the minimum cost for air time.
As a longtime T-Mobile customer I’m not sure I like this. They sure as hell didn’t ask my opinion...

This was a good move on AT & T’s part. T-MObile is the only other GSM provider (”metric system for cell”) in the US, so in all this places where I get a so-so T-Mobile signal and no TA & T signal now, I’m covered. I will be able to use my iPhone to talk to other people.
How much did they give to Obama?

Isn’t Verizon placing a cap on its data plans over the summer?
AT&T is installing a new backhaul and deploying LTE out in various places. It’s likely you’ll get better signal. T-Mobile is losing customers to AT&T, Sprint and Verizon so selling off their network may end up being a blessing in disguise for networks. It’s also likely that one of the deals would be that T-Mobile customers get to keep their plans, at least until it’s time to upgrade their phones.
They’re already discontinuing the prepaid data plan that I use. Ah well: Goodbye T-Mobile, hello Virgin.
