The sad thing is that this reporter was actually pretty good on some things and did not excuse Muslims, which is why the left came out and said she deserved this because she was a “warmonger.”

I think she went there assuming that she had the protection of the network and assuming that it was still a country where the rule of law applied (which it doesn’t once Muslim radicals get in power). She had gotten kicked out once before because they didn’t like her reporting, but she obviously thought this was the same old Egypt where they might escort you out of the country...but you were not going to get a punitive Islamic rape in a “celebrating” crowd. She was obviously wrong on that one, thanks to our very own Imam Obama.

I did not know that in comparison with others, perhaps, she was somewhat better. Thank you for letting me know. Needless to say, she has my sympathy at the personal level. But I doubt that any of the networks will change. They will seek and eventually find an angle from which savages look justified on the whole if not in details.

As a side remark, I am amused (and simultaneously dismayed, since it is a reflection on the state of our culture) to hear how Anderson Cooper and others refer to the ruffians as “thugs.” It took to be personally roughed up for them to recognize scum for what it is. Please observe, however, that a journalist is murdered in Russia at a rate of 2 a year for the last decade -— has those in power, or the thugs that actually execute the opposition, ever been called thugs on our TV? Does the American public know the true face of modern Russia and its rulers? Of course not: the Russian savage government is supposed to be romanticized at the moment.
