So am I. She actually did have to go there because it was her job and her employer sent her there; she wasn’t out there cheerleading.

But I think that the media, which is wildly pro-Islamist, may have had a wakeup call. These peaceful, celebrating Muslims beat a male reporter and sexually attacked a female reporter, and would have done a lot more damage had it not been for the Egyptian army. I hope CBS et al. think twice before sending their reporters (of either sex) into a crowd like this again.

Debbie Schussel is blaming the wrong person. The real culprits are the Muslims, but the true fools were the media chains.

You appear to have misread what she had said. Schlossel did not blame her for the rape and anti-Semitic hate, of which the Muslims are clearly the culprits, but for hypocrisy. The same goes for the networks, which would immediately report the case if it happened in any Western country.

The reporter has been excusing Muslims, and probably will continue to do so, as long as rape is directed at other people. They always romanticize the "noble savage." And when the savage once again shows itself to be nothing but a savage, they simply drop the case and move on to the next savage to romanticize. In the case of Egpyt, this will happen shorty, as all those "noble protesters" will vote in Islamist government, just as they did in Lebanon and the "occupied" Gaza --- and just as the Germans voted for Hitler in 1930s.
