ERUSALEM -- Egypt temporarily suspended its natural gas supply to Israel as a security precaution after an explosion at a terminal in the northern Sinai Peninsula, Israel radio said Saturday.
The Egyptian regional governor told Nile News TV that he suspected "sabotage" at the el-Arish gas terminal but did not elaborate, the Associated Press reported. The blast set off a fire that could be seen for dozens of miles.

The good news is that Israel will continue to need Egypt’s natural gas and Egypt will continue to need the cash it receives from the Israeli people.
This couldn’t have been doen by the Brotherhood; MSNBC has told us they are a reformed peaceful political group.
Supposedly, the pipeline also supplies Jordan downstream.
According to a Bloomberg article Jordan is, or was, looking to increase imported gas:
“Jordan aims to increase imports of Egyptian gas for use in its power plants to 330 million cubic meters in 2011, from 240 million cubic meters last year, then Energy Minister Khalid Irani said in an interview on July 14.”
And so it begins!
How can this Be? nobama fomented a peaceful revolution in Egypt to be democracy and peace and happiness. nobama wouldn’t lie to us...would he? All praise the most intelligent leader, nobama.
They are probably right the Bedouin tribesmen have tried it before.
"Al Jazeera's corrspondent reported from Egypt that, "We do not know yet who was behind the explosion as no group has claimed responsibility."
According to Al Jazeera's sources, eye witnesses are being interviewed by authorities and the investigation is focusing on some bedouin tribes of Northern Sinai.
Bedouins of the Sinai Peninsula attempted to blow up the pipeline last July as tensions intensified between them and the Egyptian government, which they accuse of discrimination and of ignoring their plight.
"They do not enjoy the wealth that the state generates from the Sinai peninsula, the money has not benefitted the communities there," our correspondent added."
Nope. The really good new is that Israel just found a HUGE NatGas deposit off its coast and will someday never need Egyptian gas again.
Israel will soon become a memory thanks to the likes of Obama, the RATS, and the libs in Israel. It’s time for Netanyahoo to save the day.
Israel is sitting a huge amount of off-shore gas that they expect to have on-line in two years. It will be an interesting comparison to see if their government or courts slow it down, in the interests of “saving the world”.
As I heard an evangelist say once: Matthew 24 is knocking on the door...
The Israeli gas find in good news, but it will take years to get that field into production and in meantime, Israel will need natural gas.
Therefore, Israel will continue to send cash to Egypt for gas no matter who is in charge of Egypt.

I am confident Israel will survive, it is the Arabs who will lose, according to the BOOK.
