Admin Official: Obama "not ruling out legitimacy" of Muslim Brotherhood for New Egypt Gov't
Monday, January 31, 2011 | Kristinn

An Obama administration official, speaking anonymously to the Washington Post, said the administration is open to the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood being in the government of Egypt that will likely replace the rule of Hosni Mubarak:

The official said that while the administration was concerned about "some elements" of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood and other non-secular groups participating in the demonstrations, it was "not ruling out their legitimacy" and place in a future government.

Obama was aware that the Muslim Brotherhood and others were in the audience when he spoke of "a new beginning" in a 2009 speech in Cairo that was directed at the Islamic world, the official said. He cited a passage in the speech in which Obama said that "no system of government can or should be imposed by one nation on any other" and that "America respects the right of all peaceful and law-abiding voices to be heard around the world, even if we disagree with them."

The Post buried this unsettling revelation in an article about the administration charting a "delicate course to oust Mubarak."

Voice of America reported that at today's White House briefing, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said the administration had no contact with the Muslim Brotherhood:

Gibbs was also asked about the U.S. position on potential participation of the Muslim Brotherhood in any new governing structure, saying that the United States has had no contact with the group.

"We have as we have throughout the world, standards for that contact - that is adherence to the law, adherence to non-violence and a willingness to be part of a democratic process, but not use that democratic process to simply instill yourself into power," he said.

While the group professes to be non-violent, the Muslim Brotherhood is widely considered to be the father of international Islamic terrorism and is thought to be working to create a global Islamic caliphate.

Obozo could be looking at a double whammy after Monday.

The jerk basicaly has treated foreign policy as an annoyance while he has tried to do one domestic cramdown after another with his ‘Rat Congress.

Could be that he is now facing a Middle Eastern conflagration, thanks to his worthless foreign policy and failure to foresee problems AND the judicial striking down of his precious Obamacare as unconstitutional.

What would that leave for him to show for his 4 year term besides a mountain of debt, a declining dollar, and high unemployment?

To those of you who argued that the poor Egyptian people simply wanted a Democracy, as predicted. There is no Democratic Muslim country for a reason. They are incapable of freedom. Their cult doesn’t allow it.

In addition, Egypt pays out $1.1 million annually to the Podesta Group,
an organization closely tied with the Obama administration,
to act as “foreign agents” for Mubarak’s regime.

Idiots. The Podesta/DNC/Soros/Obama Group SOLD THEM OUT
to the Moslem Brotherhood for extermination.

Anyone trusting the DNC, Soros, Podesta, or Obama is a fool.

I don’t know about the potential candidates, but the speaker of the house is on record saying obama is doing the right things. What a mistake he turned out to be.

Barry the Muslim may actually be the 12th Imam.

I've been saying that for quite a while now. Not the Anti-Christ, but potentially ginned up to be used as the 12th.

57 states + My muslim faith + "hidden imam" = the 12th

I had not considered the "hidden past" of 0bama a part of the puzzle, but now it is added to the equation of who he is.

All those speeches of peace to the islamic world. Those were not speeches for America to the islamic world. They are speeches to the caliphate. Remember the 12th is supposed to unite the islamic world, spread great wealth (fall of the princes of this world), and bring great peace to islam...

Violence presides this vision.

This is so much more to Obama's liking than an American Medal of Honor. The nose in the air is replaced with a bowed head.

An Obama administration official, speaking anonymously to the Washington Post...

Probably an ecstatic John Brennan.

There are a lot of conspiracy theories floating around about collaboration between AIG and the CIA which involve Wisner. And the connection between Enron and the Clinton Administration is well documented. I just found it interesting that someone like Wisner jumps from the scandalous failure of Enron to the scandalous failure of AIG, and now he is anointed as the ‘fixer’ for the Egypt mess. I smell a rat.

I read that the the Egypt MB is now organizing neighborhood defenses against looting. This is the way they insinuate themselves into the general society - they provide community services. Just like Hezbollah and Hamas.

Zero changed Pres Bush’s ban on Tariq Ramadan entering the US. Zero gave Tariq Ramadan a visa to come to US and spread MB propaganda.

Tariq is the grandson of Hassan al-Banna the founder of the MB.
