So I’m wondering if these groups who have asked for a coalition government ( 6 April Movement, the We are all Khalid Said Movement, the National Assembly for Change and the 25 January Movement) are legitimate or “front” groups. I did a brief search and it seems they wereformed in reaction and opposition to some of Mubaraks nasty tactics- so on the surface they appear to be exactly the kind of group you’d want to support.

BUT. This is the ME where nothing is ever what it seems.

"If you look at the skeletally thin, sickly Obambi being shown on Fox as the officially provided White House photo as he chairs a meeting and realize that health apart, Obambi has no clue at what he has done and what he should do

Blank eye stare...mouth hanging open...ears flapping.

Obambi flips coin to decide Mubarack's fate.

Sounds like the Obama administration already found their new man, and I’m sure it’s no coincidence that he returned to Egypt when he did. Here are the last two paragraphs of a NYTimes’ story misleadingly headlined as ‘Obama Presses for Change but Not a New Face at the Top’:

“Another possibility, American officials say, would be a transitional government led by an outsider, perhaps Mohamed ElBaradei, the former director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency, who flew back to Cairo several days ago.

Mr. ElBaradei, who has not lived in Egypt for years, has little connection to the protesters. A frequent critic of United States policy, he could form a caretaker government in preparation for an election. As one American official said, “He’s shown an independence from us that will squelch any argument that he’s doing our bidding.””

The Prez looks exceptionally pale and weak in this photograph, you'd expect to see him in a hospital bed, and not sitting up at a conference.

I mean, really!! Just look at him....

Do you think it's a cover story for something? IF she ain't on her way to Haiti, then WHERE is she, and WHAT has she been doing??

Isn't it extraordinarily peculiar to NOT hear nuthin' from the Secretary of State at a time of international crisis??????????

Thanks for the link. This all continues to contrast disgustingly but tellingly with Obama’s silence on the protests in Iran. Perfectly fitting pieces of a puzzle.

Agree- Iran’s unrest was a missed opportunity for democracy in the ME/Asia.
