Thank you for saying what you did. I believe the guy is responsible for what he did because he probably fried his own brain on drugs and alcohol. Years ago these people would have been hospitalized long term but then the govt changed all that. They admit a psychotic for 3 days until the meds stabilize them and then realize them. The give them a prescription they’ll never fill and go right back into psychosis. The root of this is the psyche but if you want to go deeper than that - drug and/or alcohol abuse. I’m not a Palin supporter, however, I see people are trying to lay the responsibility at her feet - which is ABSURD! What a horrible thing for her to have to read and see. But there will be haters out there that will believe it. The rambling he did is a sure sign of his psychosis.

What you describe is behavior of someone who would be unable to even hold a job, let alone a government job interacting with children.
Nice lone gunman theory, but it doesn’t hold up. He was a leftist, and while I understand how people can mistake the moonbat leftists for people with psychological problems (crazy), it was clear this person was functioning in society quite nicely before today.
