All you need to know about the MSM: two of its stalwarts don't think Barack Obama is a real liberal . . .
Time editor Mark Halperin, and Jon Meacham (until recently head Newsweek honcho) expressed--to the astonishment of Joe Scarborough--their fact-defying views on today's Morning Joe.

Time and former Newsweek editors don’t think Obama’s a real liberal. Jaw-dropping ping to Today show list.

Of course he isn’t a liberal. He’s a through-and-through Marxist.

I remember when Time and Newsweek actually counted for something. But then again, I’m pretty old.

There is a reason he defies the usual constructs.

Obama uses Marxism or Black Liberation Theology as a disguise to hide his REAL tortured core beliefs.
Obama has serious daddy issues,is royally pissed at his mommy for abandoning him with grandparents, and loathes his grandparents for not protecting him from pedophile Frank Marshall Davis.

John Meacham went to my undergraduate school. The faculty (liberal) love him. The donors/trustees (mostly business people) don’t. Surprise.

Jon Meacham is a complete liberal but he certainly is not intimidating when he presents a case. He is just not that brainy.

Remember, the most effective way to disect “liberal” arguments is to make them define their terms.
In this case, what exactly does he mean by “ideological liberal” and how does it differ from “Marxist”?

This the liberal cocoon elite libs like Meachan and Halperin live in. If someone doesn’t walk around waving Mao’s little red book or talk about collectivization while singing The Internationale, then they’re certainly not left of center. These people need to get out more. I’m sixty-one, and Obama is by far the most left-wing prez I’ve ever seen. No one else is close.

Yes, what exactly is a "liberal" anyway? Are they capitalists and big business proponents that believe in funneling money through the government in order to solve social problems?

“Progressive” and “liberal” have always simply been a deceptive label on an ideology of centralized authoritarian state control.
It matters not whether the real underlying ideology is identified as “communist”, “socialist”, or “fascist”, there is little practical difference in the final implementation and result.

A liberal is just a progressive/socialist/communist/Marxist without the killing.

A liberal is just socialist/fascist/communist/Marxist
who mistakenly thinks his ideology can “work”
WITHOUT the killing.

I only say this because a lot of rich/powerful “liberals” strive to be totalitarians, but embrace big business and capitalism in order to live in luxury. This just goes to show you how warped, desperate, and deluded the hardcore Marxist/fascists (Although refuse to be labeled) are.
"Those rich liberals are just using capitalism to annihilate the system, once they destroy the bourgeoisie's status, the rich liberals will give all their wealth and material things back to the proletariat."
Marx did not live long enough to enjoy his hypocrisy.
