Or that this is the way the Cancuntites propose to raise their $100 billion a year by 2020 from Western countries for an unnamed, new, UN controlled fund; or 1.5% pa of GDP, whichever is the greater.
Do you get the logic? They propose shrinking the Western economies that they want to clip, as a way of providing funds for the panhandlers.
