GOP bought off ping?
Oh, God! I knew he was a mistake. Sigh...
I’m sure Boehner agrees with you.
Of course he played nice, he doesn’t want to miss his vacation time over something as stupid as taxes does he?
He better be plotting, though.
“I think spending more time will help us ... find common ground, Boehner said.”
Hoping that was just a nice thing he said to be polite, because otherwise he’s an idiot.
Obama is like a Moozie. There’s no compromise. There’s no believing anything he says if it goes against the grain of his Marxist beliefs, and everything the Republicans do heretofore HAD BETTER BE AGAINST OBAMA’S MARXIST BELIEFS.
Boner is a sellout.
Oh puhleeze. Cantor keeping 26 year old men on mommy’s insurance is not to smile. Cantor keeping pre-condition and strapping “insurance” with the cost is NOT insurance either. As Rush says, getting to buy fire insurance after your house is on fire is not insurance—it’s welfare. I thought these guys would arrive ready to be serious, but they are buying votes instead. Outrage, here.
Here's what common ground will get you.
The whole point of 2008 was that these people spent too much time finding common ground since 2000. The whole point of the Tea Party was that they should spend less time finding common ground in the future. Now that conservatism has “worked through the system” as so many here seem to prefer, and the GOP still refuses to listen, what to do...
GO TO HELL, bARRY!
This could be Obama’s plan. In 2012 his minions spraed the info that the GOP betrayed the Tea Party. It may be time to line up replacements for Cantor, Boehner et al
Consorting with the enemy, or a meeting of like-minds, it’s still bad either way.
“Common ground” - that’s code for we’ll meet all the Democrats’ demands and forgo ours!
The only common ground I want is a burial site for 0bamao's Marxist agenda!
Cue Lucy ( Obama) pulling football away at last second from gullible GOP
We’ve been sold out once again. And again, no Reach-around.
Dumb clucks!
He has to be polite about this. It would be stupid and counterproductive to be rude. But he did slide in that comment about Obama not being very bipartisan until he was forced to.
I don’t fault him on this. Let’s wait and see what he DOES.
For instance, does he appoint that flaming leftist idiot to head the Commerce & Energy Committee? If he does, then that will be a REAL signal that he has betrayed us and has to go.
