I'm tired of giving a sh*t about Britain and what they want with regards to anything and especially with regards to the F35. Frankly, I'm sick and tired of the whole F35 program and would have no problem if it was crapped so long as we started building non-exportable F22s again afterward.

The British are partners and the signed a Memorandum of Understanding that they would buy the F-35. A Memorandum of Understanding is a binding contract.
