New Hampshire State Police say two people have been shot in the North Country town of Pittsburg and a suspect is on the loose.
Police say one of the victims was shot in the chest and "is not doing well."

Pittsburg is a very small and very remote town in the northernmost reaches of New Hampshire...probably closer to Quebec than any decent-sized American city.

Police say one of the victims was shot in the chest and "is not doing well." I can believe that. Being shot in the chest doesn't help you to do well.
Also: All 130 students are OK, Voting is suspended, School is in lockdown.
We close schools on election days, to keep the riffraff out of the school when kids are there. I think that is (sadly) a good idea.

Thisis why not allowing firearms at polling places is just plain stupid! A bad guy knows the people are unarmed and can do as he pleases.

Details are still sketchy - the shooting occurred in the area of the Lake Francis Country Store. Suspect is in custody. Two victims in hospital and stable, Another victim found in a burned-out truck. Pittsburg is right on the border with Quebec, FYI.

The suspect has already been captured...not even sure why FOX even bothered...if he wound up in a polling place; that is probably because he was running from the general store to the only other building in town; which was probably the school.
