ORLANDO -- Ten days before Election Day, former vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin rallied with the top of the Republican ticket and delivered marching orders to a state that could help swing the balance of power in Congress.
The former Alaska governor and potential presidential candidate rarely paused for a breath in an exuberant, 30-minute speech trashing President Barack Obama and the Democratic-controlled Congress for spending too much and accomplishing too little.

Where are the rest of the wannabes?
She’s going to be the next president. She is in the thick of the fight, while the others are polishing their position papers. She is going to re-shape the congress and then she is going to win the White House. You may or may not like her, you may or may not think she is the best person for the job. I think she is in the process of proving that she is precisely the right person for the job.
She’s not the only one on my short list. The only ones on my list are the ones who make it a point to get into O’s face, and she is making a point to do it daily.
I wish I could have been there.
ARGH! Off topic: Does anyone know where the heck the TPX is having thier rally in St. Louis? The site only shows TBD.
And still they try to make it seem as if the other candidates were avoiding Sarah.
You go, Sarah!
I’m so tired of hearing the politicians say “Washington is broken.”
No it isn’t. It works just fine — just not for the taxpayers who elected the politicians to work for them. Washington is a well-oiled piece of machinery that is lubricated by greenbacks handed out by lobbyists and special interest groups by the millions, billions, trillians and gadzillions. Instead, say, “Washington is corrupted.”
I think there are only a few lib columnists and a couple of posters on FR that believe that one.......
A little OT, but has anyone seen the esurance TV commercial with what appears to be a Sarah Palin look-alike and her co-workers muttering “prom queen” at her?
I know where Haley Barbour is. Running the Governors' Association. Other than him and Palin I can't think of any republican candidates at the moment.
Maybe his buddy GOP Lady can tell us.
Hey I have a SMART idea — why don’t YOU ask Mitt?
Don’t bug me — do something for yourself.
who cares where mitt is.........Sarah ROCKS! I am glad she is on the front lines leading the way to victory in the 2010 midterms.
And...she CAN see Russia from there.
I just posted the link to her speech in a post below.
Syncro will report the location ASAP!
I will try my best to remember to ping you.
