They go to idiotic lengths in reporting every story. Their articles read like long boring novels.
I second that!
It bothers the Hell out of me.
Society, and the Political class, think in reverential terms when speaking of the Times, or Washington Post, and other papers. They are thought of as Gods- favored above mere mortals from their exalted pedestals.
Their opinions count for something. But why? The women put on panyhose, the men put on their pants one leg at a time. They are nothing special, and neither are their opinion.
They are mere humans, like the rest of us. They are Leftists and Liberals.
The opinion of the NY Times, and other papers, is as worthless as any other opinion. It is subjective, it is Liberal, is comes from a mind poisoned by Leftist insanity.
Why is it that an ordinary human being, whose opinion should merit the same worth as the comment of anyone, gains stature by being hired by the creeps of the main stream media?
I do not read the NY Times but they advertize here along with the Toronto Star the inclusion of some part for the NY Times for an added $1.00 cost. Sunday edition only of the Toronto paper, I was told!
The Times must be really hurting to try to garner added revenues in this manner.
I do not read the Toronto Star either but as they say birds of a feather flock together???
Both these “journalist rags” should follow the same painful disappearance. Soon I hope!
Such an event may assist in the birth of something more in line with real and complete news!

Isabel Kershner... starts her piece with a straightforward report on new efforts by a German mediator to arrange a prisoner swap that might end Shalit's four-year stint as a Hamas hostage... she injects the following paragraph..."Some Israeli commentators," she writes, "have made unfavorable comparisons in recent days between the Israeli government's efforts to win Sergeant Shalit's release and the more successful efforts of the Chilean government to rescue the 33 miners stuck underground."...what obliges a New York Times correspondent to regurgitate such idiocy, except her predisposition to seize on anything and everything that can be converted into an anti-Israel poison pill? And where are the editors who are supposed to scrutinize her copy for accuracy and fairness before it gets into print? ...This is an institutional bias at the New York Times that allows such sophomoric anti-Israel games and inventions to infiltrate its news columns.
