One buzzard has U.N. on its hat. Can’t read the other.

Pretty judgmental of the paper. Nowhere on the billboard does it say that is a drawing of Obama (at least that I can see). They must think it really looks like him. And why do they think the last guy is gay, or even a man? Those offended by the billboard are projecting their prejudices onto this contemporary artwork. I hope the artist applied for a grant from the National Endowment of the Arts.

It is clever, but from an advertising standpoint, it’s too busy.
It contains multiple messages, which is good, but it takes time to absorb all that.

A speeding motorist would not have time to take it all in. Maybe it is posted at an intersection where people have more than 1-2 seconds to soak it all in.

Too cluttered for passing motorists, but now that it’s gone national, it can go viral to computer screens everwhere.

Yep. I knew the art critics would show up, sooner or later! ;)

I'm betting there are a lot of folks there who are whipping a U-turn and going back for another look.

I think a Democrat must have done this. It hurts us more than helps us.

In what way? How does it hurt "us"? I don't see anything wrong with it.

Mesa County Democratic Party Chairwoman Martelle Daniels called the billboard racist and homophobic,

Well, should 0h0m0 have been shown as White? As for 0h0m0phobic, the truth stings, doesn't it?

“It’s beyond disrespectful,” Daniels said. “You would like to think that we all would show respect for our commander-in-chief, but this is just beyond that. It’s racist, it’s homophobic, and it’s really cowardly.”

Ah, like the "respect" you showed and still showing President Bush? Your Child-in-Chief attacks on his predecessor are, per your expression, cowardly!

Obama is narcissistic enough it would’ve worked just as well if they were all shown in bed together.

"To ridicule somebody in this manner is juvenile."

Juvenile is Obama's base. The grownups don't need this ad. Unlike older people, young people in their 20s have experienced 10% of their life, and 100% of their work life, under Barky's presidency, with 18% unemployment in their age group. These are the future conservatives.

Pretty nice billboard. Kudos to whoever put it up.

As far as it hurting conservatives? What a crock! I am sick and tired of the timid ways of so many people in this country. We are supposed to have a representative republic. A Free Republic. People have the right to style Bush as a chimp if they like. Initially I loved Bush but it turned out he was no better at spending money than a chimp with a credit card who knew nothing about the value of a dollar. Sad but true. He also allowed this country to be invaded from the south. So he was monkey headed in mroe ways than one.

As far as Obama goes the political cartoon on the billboard is really pretty light weight in my view. He has committed treasonous acts (nothing new in Washington) and is subject to as much ridicule as can be heaped on him. Point at him and laugh all you want at him. He deserves this ridicule and much more. He is an a$$ clown. A joke. He is unfit to tour the White House much less be employed there.

I recently started reading the book “Theodore Rex” and it really makes me want to see a real leader. A strong person at the tiller. Not this little queer like waif who is so unfit for the job he is a parody.

So, if this billboard offends the left I don’t care. If it offends the people under the bright lights with makeup on without brains I don’t care. If the walking dead media types like the NY Times does not like it I REALLY don’t care. I won’t be a party to the idea that it is sensible to think what people with no sense think. Nope, count me out.

Beneath the Obama caricatures are numerous rats, some of which are labeled as the IRS, trial lawyers, the EPA and the Fed. Sitting above all that is a line, “Vote DemocRAT. Join the game,” which is positioned between two vultures, one of which is labeled the U.N. and the other with the name Soros, a reference to George Soros, a major national Democratic financial supporter.

Let me give them a little help...

I don't see where this does pussies like me who whine and cry every time someone demonstrates the backbone to stand up to the F'in commie any favors though.

It hurts us? No! It's funny and right on the mark. Shrinking from the truth and being afraid of doing honest (this is unquestionably honest) and humorous things is regular Repub timidity.

This is not even in bad taste, considering the truthfulness of it.We need to mock and laugh at the Dems more and more, instead of hewing to the old line of keeping above the fray, which is a euphemism for timidity. The Dems are hacks and Obamas are the biggest ones of all.

“”To ridicule somebody in this manner is juvenile.””

Kindly note that this was posted to me, not by me. After Chimpy McBush, I'm not inclined to much sympathy for the current President. It's politics. Get used to it, or stay out of the game.
