The severed head of a Mexican investigator involved in the Falcon Reservoir case was delivered to the Mexican army today, according to state Rep. Aaron Peña, D-Edinburg.
Peña reported via Twitter that he had confirmed the information with Zapata County Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez, whose office is heading the U.S. investigation into the Sept. 30 disappearance of David Michael Hartley.
The 30-year-old McAllen man is widely believed dead after what his wife, Tiffany Young-Hartley, has described as an attack by cartel "pirates" on the Mexican side of the binational waterway.

The spokesman offered no basis for that assurance, however, and said Mexican officials need Young-Hartley to meet with them and file a complaint in the city of Miguel Aleman.

My deduction: They were attacked by pirates associated with the drug cartels, which are powerful enough and brutal enough that they kill and intimidate their entire government and police force. Do you think they use pellet guns? I deduct they had high powered weapons, probably semi automatic or full auto. My 13 yr. old hunts with a 7 mag. that has a range of 500 yds. Could you get a good look at someone @ 500yds, even if they weren’t shooting at you?

They were within a few feet of eachother. Let me know how hard it is to know what someone looks like when you are that close while having enough time to count people too.
These are the things that makes the story hinky and why I will wait until there is something that shows if she had something to do with it or Mexicans, or just jerks from our country.
Mexico doesn’t own the population of bad people or jerks, shoot some of the folks here on fr fit into those category’s.

Look! Mexicans have killed more US Citizens in the same time period on OUR soil as have been killed on 9/11, in the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan.
