Particularly in the case of those of us of your fellow citizens currently overseas, many of us in the US military (off duty on our own dime, time and our own facilities), retired, business, students, Christian missionaries (yes!), travelers, what not. Many of us personally have "Skype", "Vonage" and so on overseas, so theoretically it is doable in lieu of running up the phone bill. The overseas time difference for many of us will also work, such as calling in the evening in USA to reach people at their residences might well be a.m. or midday our time here overseas. We are a large potential army of upset, angry, fed-up Americans Overseas and can be tapped by many a US GOP/Conservative Congressional or Senate race, particularly those that are very close and neck-and-neck.

Usually you can go to the candidates campaign website and register to make phone calls from home. Just google their name to find their website. Please support your local Republican and Tea Party candidates!
