If you don't file electronically the penalty is $50 per item after the 249th paper copy.
The electronic filing is just the A copy. You still have to stuff the B copy in an envelope and mail it to the recipient. Keep the C copy on file for at least 3 years.

You can keep your doctor.....but your doctor will probably not keep you. They are abandoning patients with Medicare due to non-payment.
the states are claiming O care will put them in crisis by next month..that didnt take long...
Ours is as of Jan 1. Which means hubby and I will have to ‘try’ and find one who will take us. We are not only Medicare but Tricare (retired Military over 65).

Trust me...I understand. My hubby is also getting several things done. He’s at the podiatrist today for an old baseball injury that is being complicated by arthritis.

We have had more surgery done this year than in the past 10 years! Trying to preserve vision we’ve both had our eyelids done, I’d lost more than 50% of Peripheral vision due to sagging eyelids. Same for my hubby, he had retienitis a few years ago and can afford to lose any more vision.
I developed Peripheral neuropathy of legs and feet and I’m not a diabetic, so Medicare would not cover the orthotics need for my shoes. Discrimination pure and simple, other diseases cause Peripheral neuropathy besides diabetes.
I bet we aren’t the only old geezers getting delayed treatments or surgeries before 0’nazicare goes into effect.
