The online version the New York Post editorial in today's issue harshly criticizing WikiLeaks for publishing stolen classified Pentagon Afghan war documents without redacting them to prevent Afghans from facing retribution from the Taliban has been hacked.
Attempts to access the editorial directly through NYPost.com and through Google result in being directed to Pages.US.com
WikiLeaks and its founder, reputed computer hacker Julian Assange, have come under criticism from allies Reporters Without Borders and Amnesty International for outing Afghans without regard to their safety.
This week, Assange called Afghans aiding the U.S. in the fight against al Qaeda and the Taliban "genuinely traitorous." That terrorist-supporting statement is inluded in the hacked Post editorial, according to a Google search return.

WikiKills
WikiLeaks, the anti-war group that dumped 75,000 pages of secret US military material onto the Internet, may already have blood on its hands -- even as it gets set to dump another 15,000 pages, putting more lives at risk.
A Google search returns the Post editorial with the headline: WikiLeaks Helps the Taliban Kill in Afghanistan.
Below is a URL that one is redirected to when attempting to access the Post WikiLeaks editorial:

This is getting out of hand. The guy behind these leaks should be carbombed.
Julian should be charged for murder for each individual killed because of this leak. And since he supports the Taliban so much, airdropped into the Tora Bora Mountains sans parachute.
Odd how the left feels justified in squelching others’ speech in order to get out their message.
He should be quietly eliminated with no trace. He is an American enemy of the state and should not remain above ground
If stealing a stop sign resulted in a death, they'd be after the perps. They need to nail this guy!
Calling "Check his skin color first" Eric Holder...
WHy is this Asausage guy not in jail? Is there a bounty on his head yet?
What country is he in?
Cult boy Assange is enjoying his superstar status among lefties. What a feeding frenzy.
So when is he gonna be arrested? Manning is in custody - why isn’t Julie?
I really hope some Jason Bourne type of person pays him a visit during the night. This has gone on for too long.
bfl
We should remember that the person that started this leak was Bradley Manning, a queer private currently in custody.
better yet, drop him into Karbul(?) and let the people know who is coming down under that chute
Hate to say this but i suspect if he went to jail there would be a dozen competing sites up inside a month. The time to put a stop to this site was at least a year ago if not longer. Hackers see his notoriety and want the same.
I do believe he deserves at least jail but the ultimate problem won’t be solved by that.
However, in the “post-American” world of Obama’s progressives, Assange and Manning can likely go to California to get married. Nothing is likely to happen to either of then.
It is the Liberal Socialist playbook - just watch what the labor unions do and how they deal with people who disagree with their agenda.
They would all be far more content with a “benevolent dictator” rather than a truly Free Democratic Republic...as long as they hold that dictatorial seat of power.
More hope and change.
He is the enemy and should be treated as such.
Given that Australia has troops fighting in this war, couldn’t Australia charge Assange with treason?
