A Metro Police radio recording reveals new details about what happened in the minutes leading up to an officer-involved shooting at a Summerlin Costco last month that left a Las Vegas man dead.
The recording originally was posted on radioreference.com, which broadcasts live public safety audio feeds and archives law enforcement radio recordings. Portions of the audio also have been posted to YouTube.

The question I have is, did an officer order him to disarm and in an attempt to follow those orders was shot because he “reached for his gun”... Witness said the police issues “confusing” orders to him before they shot him for “not complying”.
I would like to see the employee charged as an accomplice to murder for fabricating a danger. If Costco does have a no gun policy, then I agree; sue the bastards.
That's quite amusing because the "civilian" in question was a military officer... what a [insert adjective] idiot that guy is.
