ObamaCare Only Gets Worse Upon Further Review

A sprawling, complex bureaucracy has been set up that will have almost absolute power to dictate terms for participating in the health-care system. That's what the law does to government. What it does to you is worse.

Based on the administration's own numbers, as many as 117 million people might have to change their health plans by 2013 as their employer-provided coverage loses its grandfathered status and becomes subject to the new Obamacare mandates.

Those mandates also might make your health care more expensive. The Congressional Budget Office predicts that premiums for a small number of families who buy their insurance privately will rise by as much as $2,100.

What they did is what they intended to do. There are no unforseen consequences. They intended to create a huge buerocracy that would control all aspects of life, and to take money from people who work for their living and give it to people who vote democrat.

The content and repeal are irrelevant! Obamacare on its face is unconstitutional since Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution does not specifically list regulating health care as an enumerated power! The people are not bound to comply with an unconstitutional act regardless what the executive, legislative or judicial branches decide! It’s incumbent upon the people to defend the Constitution by openly defying the runaway, socialist, marxist government!

In my opinion, this AuschwitzCare is intended as a genocide of the elderly, disabled, and whomever they deem is not one of them. Case closed. Re-read history to recognize the same evil of the 1930’s and 1940’s in this Regime and their cohorts in Congress.

CLASS is the next huge taxpayer bailout (inserted into Obamacare)

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2010/jul/26/riedl-class-is-the-next-huge-taxpayer-bailout/?page=1 ^

Are you ready for the next massive taxpayer bailout?

Many of the same lawmakers who infuriated taxpayers by bailing out Wall Street, the auto companies, and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac recently created a new program virtually guaranteed to require bailouts.

And unlike those one-time bailouts, this one will become an annual taxpayer expense.

I have as much interest in this stuff as John Galt had in the government programs as he was hightailing it to Galt’s Gulch.

But I like posting about it. ;)

Since I look at the whole world as Warsaw in late summer of 1939, I’m just trying to get out of Dodge with most of my stuff and hope for the best.

I think members of Congress who voted for this should be visited with the same health consequences that the new law will cause: sickness, untreated illnesses and an early death.

If the Republicans win the House they won’t have the votes to over ride an Obama veto of legislation to repeal the law. However, Congress holds the power of the purse. Congress can choose not to appropriate funds for health care or the huge bureaucracy needed to run it. There is nothing the President can do if the funds are not there.

Strategy for the GOP — don’t fund healthcare or the bureaucracy. Also, pass legislation specifically requiring the President, Congress, and the Congressional staff (currently exempt) to be part of any national health care program. Dare Obama to veto a law that forces the elites in government to have equal health care.

I talk to a woman who thinks this health care law is great...and so is Obama. The day that she changes her tune will be the day that Obama is in real trouble.

We baby boomers are the last vestige of what the Left considers the “ancien régime”—the old way of thinking that has been pounded out of most people born AFTER us. We are the last group with a collective consciousness of the way things USED to be. We need to keep using the term “death panel,” because IMO, that’s what it will be, in effect. I know the 1950s and early 60s were not perfect by any means, but there is just no comparison to then and now. We’ve fallen so far.
