You’re still trying to flog that one? Persons born outside the United States to two US citizen parents have always been citizens of the United States at birth. That has been the case going back to the Naturalization Act of 1790.
Both Mitt Romney’s parents were citizens from the time they were born. Mitt Romney is a natural born citizen even under the Vattel standard you guys are pushing, let alone the actual natural born citizen standard that any American court would apply.
