Tufts University's Committee on Student Life invited to elaborate on why this is (1) not violent and/or (2) not done under color of Islam

As reported by Ben Shapiro in "Stalin-Esque Show Trial At Tufts University," disciplinary action was brought against the Primary Source, a conservative campus newspaper, for "Islam: Arabic Translation: Submission." "The page carried quotes from the Koran juxtaposed with facts about certain adherents of Islam — their involvement with terrorism, discrimination against women, and the slave trade, among others."

And the CSL swallowed this gibberish whole. Barbara Grossman, the radical left chair of the CSL, compared printing the carol ["Come All Ye Black Folk"] to spray-painting a swastika on a synagogue. Another CSL member stated that labeling Islam violent was unacceptable in any way, shape or form.

As reported not by the Primary Source but by CNN, a religious court in Iran has just sentenced a woman to be buried up to her chest to be stoned to death. It is understandable that the Committee on Student Life member who said that labeling Islam violent is unacceptable in any way, shape, or form chose to remain anonymous (in contrast to the CSL's demand that Primary Source authors sign their names to their work) but, as Chair of the CSL, the buck stops with Professor Grossman. We therefore invite her, or the CSL member in question if he wishes to put his name behind what he said, to elaborate on why torturing a helpless Muslim woman to death is (1) not violent and/or (2) not being done under color of Islam.

What should be understood is this:

Most STONING sentences (men and particularly women) in Iran, which are handed over by the Moslem government ruling Iran, in very many cases, are for LOWER CLASSES, OR, Ethnic Iranian women, within the current Islamically sanctioned laws & society in Iran.

Stoning & punishment for it is specifically noted in Islamic Iran’s Islamic Constitution.

The Moslem Iranian system has continued to brainwash boys & girls to adhere to Islamic principles through schooling (and often thru their parents i.e. at home too) from a young age. These teachings have very much intensified since 2001.

Often the mentioned Islamic teachings are presented as part of “Moderate” Islam & for the benefits of the pupils/students.

“Ethnicity” is often hard to describe in the Iranian society, particularly recent one, for a number of reasons. Because many ethnic groups have resided in Iran for decades if not centuries. They all, mostly, have adopted the “Persian” slant. There are however distinct differences.

One should well remember, for example, as a matter of fact & to slightly digress, that the Supreme Mullah of Iran, and “the Commander in Chief” i.e. Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is in fact an Azari. (Not of “Persian” ethnicity).

“Azari” ethnic group, second largest group to the “Persian” one in Iran, as a matter of culture in Iran, have been known as the most ardent Shia Moslems among the Iranian population. That is not to say other ethnic groups don’t count in the scheme of the mentioned.

Back to Stoning & Adultery:

Men or Women who commit the same crime of “adultery”, if and when they can financially buy their Way Out, or are politically & socially well disposed towards the Moslem Regime ruling Iran will escape the Stoning sentence. They can BUY their way out.

Many Women and Men who are part and parcel of the Islamic Iranian Political system, do and have escaped Stoning sentences for adultery in the past (inclusive of clerics & members of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards), should they be able to demonstrate their loyalty to the Islamic Regime, and have the FINANCIAL means to buy their way out.
