From the article
The Durbin Amendment to the financial reform bill is the latest government policy proposal that will pad BPs bottom line. The amendment would create a government imposed price control scheme that would shift billions of dollars away from consumer to retailers (British Petroleum, Exxon, WalMart). Thats why the Durbin Amendment is supported by the big retailers like Walmart, Petroleum Marketers Association and other prominent lobbyist groups which are funded, in part, by British Petroleum. The video of protesters being attacked is not much of a big deal, being the work of a single seemingly disturbed individual. I suppose he's the (token) angry black man the press has been looking for, misguidedly doling out an ass-kicking of his own choosing. What a moron. But the larger story about BP, and the Financial Reform Bill is quite troubling to say the least.

I agree. Durbin’s bailout is corrupt and lunatic at the same time.
Not able to load videos — it was an actual assault?

Yes, this is a big deal. Conservatives have as much right to protest as any other group in this country. Someone being assaulted by an Angry Moronic Liberal whiny Black Male is a big deal. The push is on to file affidavits to show these idiots we will not tolerate their abuse and we will continue to exercise our Constitutional Rights as American Citizens. Most of all, these nitwits have to be shown they are NOT above the law.
Wake Up America!!!

If that man had pushed my wife he would be laying on the ground in the middle of a citizen’s arrest. These guys are bullies and there is only one way to stop a bully.

It would be really stupid to attack anyone at my local tea party protests, because I know for a fact a large number of them are concealed weapons carriers.

Anybody else remember back in the 90's when Bush Sr. said the next world war would be an economic one?
I always kinda took it for granted that at least our own government would be on our side....
Oops. Silly me.

It's unfortunate he (and both sides really) wasn't better able to control his temper and articulate the degree to which RINOtards and DemoRats, TOGETHER, facilitated the economic rape of America....
GW is pictured here with his Dutch Ambassador - Roland Arnall.
Mr. Arnall was the "Godfather of Subprime"
and the owner of predatory lender, Ameriquest Mortgage.
....and constructively direct their anger accordningly.
God Bless ALL Americans!
