A top Department of Homeland Security official reportedly said his agency will not necessarily process illegal immigrants referred to them by Arizona authorities.
John Morton, assistant secretary of homeland security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, made the comment during a meeting on Wednesday with the editorial board of the Chicago Tribune, the newspaper reports. "I don't think the Arizona law, or laws like it, are the solution," Morton told the newspaper. The best way to reduce illegal immigration is through a comprehensive federal approach, he said, and not a patchwork of state laws. The law, which criminalizes being in the state illegally and requires authorities to check suspects for immigration status, is not "good government," Morton said.

She was on Fox last night doing just that. Interesting she said they reviewed memos from when Janet Napolitano was AZ Governor. She was also asking Feds for help, and sent a copy of a large check of what it is costing AZ in education, ,incarceration, hospitals.... Napolitano will not respond to Brewer's letters.

If the fed is currently not enforcing laws, why should we pay taxes? Why should we obey any sort of federal law if they don’t enforce it? Why should we not split from the union if there is no consequence in forming the “Replublic of ______”?
This provides an opening for questions to be directed to Obama. When illegals are handed to the feds will they or will they not proces sthem? If not that would seem to be an impeachable offense.

I like this idea, but want to add, if you have papers you cannot enter the bus, LOL!
I can think of no good reason not to do every one of those things. Start by evicting all Federal agencies from AZ. Pack up! Get out!

Agreed, if the Feds aren’t going to do their job...that the taxes pay for BTW....do not send ANY tax money to D.C.
