Here are some facts for you to ponder:
1) The prime opportunity to stop Obama on ineligibility issues was by not certifying his Electoral College votes. Any two of the 535 members of Congress oould have done that by submitting written objections to the President of the Senate, Vice President Dick Cheney. Not even one member of Congress submitted a written objection.
2) Seven Obama eligibility lawsuits have reached justices’ conferences at the US Supreme Court. They have all been rejected.
3) A conservative US Chief Federal Judge appointed by Ronald Reagan, Royce C. Lamberth rejected Orly Taitz’s quo warranto request against Obama on April 13, 2010. Chief Judge Lamberth said: “This is one of several such suits filed by Ms. Taitz in her quixotic attempt to prove that President Obama is not a natural born citizen as required by Constitution. See U.S. CONST. art. II, § 1. This Court is not willing to go tilting at windmills with her.”—Chief Judge Royce Lamberth in dismissing the Quo Warranto claim in “Taitz v Obama”—April 14, 2010.
4) The state of Hawaii has verified his birth in that state:
“I, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, director of the Hawaii State Department of Health, have seen the original vital records maintained on file by the Hawaii State Department of Health verifying Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen. I have nothing further to add to this statement or my original statement issued in October 2008 over eight months ago.”
5) Just this week the Republican Governor of Hawaii, Linda Lingle referred to Obama’s place of birth as being born in the primary Honolulu obstetric Hospital:

6) Thus far 69 different lawsuits have looked into Obama’s eligibility and there have been two actual rulings on his eligibility, both by Indiana Courts. The Indiana Court of Appeals concluded that: “Based upon the language of Article II, Section 1, Clause 4 and the guidance provided by [the Supreme Court of the United States in their 1898 decision in the case of U.S. v.] Wong Kim Ark, we conclude that persons born within the borders of the United States are ‘natural born Citizens’ for Article II, Section 1 purposes, regardless of the citizenship of their parents. The HDOH has also confirmed 2 key facts which, when analyzed according to the laws, other evidence, and logic, prove that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery - and that Obama’s real BC is amended and thus Fukino cannot make a legal conclusion about the accuracy of anything claimed on the BC.
Lingle REALLY needs to get her facts straight. We know she claimed that Fukino stated Kapiolani was the birth place when Fukino said nothing of the sort. What Fukino said - which was even more than she’s legally authorized to say - is that they have multiple birth records for Obama and at least one of them claims he was born in Hawaii.

Please show me the news release that states Obama was born in Kapiolani Hospital. This is another lie which should make a reasonable person question what the heck is going on when the Governor of Hawaii doesn't even know what press release was issued and misquotes it as a fact.
If he was born in Kapiolani Hospital as the Governor says, let them release the whole long form BC. Until then I will question Authority all I want and you can believe Hawaii DOH or Obama or those who worship moon rocks, or whoever else you want to. Please tell me how a Medical Doctor can declare someone a Natural Born Citizen from a Birth Certificate unless that BC shows birthplace of Obama's father (and mother)as USA? If his BC shows his fathers birthplace as USA then who does it show as his father? That would make the (Obama) COLB a fraud. Why should I believe anyone (DOH)and anything they say who makes such a false statement?
As far as your legal research, we have a difference of opinion that can only be decided by the US Supreme Court, what you think or I think doesn't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world.
