There is only one acceptable race for suspects. Can you imagine the outcry if a “furtive” suspect was identified as a Black, Hispanic (or any non-white) male?
Remember all the time they wasted looking for a white guy in a white van during the DC sniper episode? Even though the only early witness had actually reported seeing a black man driving what later turned out to be the car that they used.
