It's the usual Congressional Parlor Game. They will sit back and claim they don't have the votes until the vote time then some back benchers come forward to allow it to pass and make a dramatic scene for all the cameras. The vote that puts it over the top gets to help Obama hold the pen when he signs thus exaggerating the drama.

foreign abortions?
I read that O cannot make an executive order about abortion when a law is on the books prohibiting federal money for abortion except in case of health, etc.
I still think it was a mistake to count on abortion as the deal killer. The cost of this damned thing, the incredible bankrupting of this country should have been the focus around the nays.

We had a special speaker at church Friday. She talked a little about the healthcare thing and the turmoil it is causing. I am hanging on to something she said that we all know but sometimes things get to us and we lose sight of it. God is the Supreme Authority and nothing is impossible for Him.
