African-Americans are overrepresented in America's prisons while whites and Asians are underrepresented. Is this a case of racism by police, judges and juries; or are black Americans more likely to commit felonies?
The statistics don't lie: African-Americans comprise 13 percent of the U.S. population, but 40 percent of all homicide victims are black, and 93 percent of their killers also are black.
It's no mystery; about two-thirds of black children live in homes without fathers, a sure formula for poverty and poor discipline during their upbringing. So why is the Obama administration seeking out racial disparities in the disciplining of black and white students in public schools, with an eye toward levying fines and other enforcement actions?
Faced with disparate numbers of students of one race or another that cause disciplinary problems, school officials have a choice between inflicting harsh discipline on well-behaved groups, or ignoring misbehavior by those that cause the most problems, just to equalize the statistics and throw the feds off the scent. We can't think of a more feckless approach to bringing about a safe, orderly learning environment in the schools.

If one is a liberal, the message is: “Hey, Whites and Asians! Get out there and start committing crimes so we get parity! Slackers!”

The answer is yes, but it has noting to do with race. It has to do with a culture nurtured and subsidized by liberals that destroyed the family, corrupted the schools, enabled widespread drug abuse, and pretended that nothing was going on.
I watched a news show on CNN a couple of years back where a black man was complaining that the county jail population was 80% black.
When the commentator mentioned that the regional population was 80% black you could have heard a pin drop.
Duh.
The Democrat party, in particular.
It was founded 200 years ago as the Party of Slavery and remains the Party of Slavery today.

The PC answer is, of course, that black people do not commit more felonies, just different kinds. Whitepeople felonies are just as bad or worse but we don't put them in prison as much for them, AND the greater incidence of black feloniousness is due to White Oppression that leaves them no other course.It is Society's fault and Society is White.
The proper ansewer is that black felons should not be iprisoned at any greater rate than their ratio in the population. Perhaps duly convicted blacks should be actually pursuant to some sort of a lottery.

It is happening in Africa and Haiti today. Children sold into slavery, murders, chaos, corrupt leaders and yawn.
Another clear look at the mentality of Obama and Holder and others in this administration. An earlier clear look was Holder's justice department dropping the case against the Philadelphia black panther voter intimidation, a case already won by default as the accused had made no response to the charges.
Little justice involved concerning racial matters in the Obama/Holder Justice Department.
All you have to look at is the violent crime committed by blacks against blacks in majority black areas and compare that to the per capita rates of other ethnic groups in areas they dominate. The race pimps won’t like the answers that bit of research will provide. It’s politically incorrect but, taken as a group, blacks are the most likely of any Americans to commit violent crimes. Racism doesn’t explain why so many black folks don’t want to live in “black neighborhoods.” Unpleasant reality, but reality. The agitators need to work on impulse and behavior control in their own communities rather than complaining about how others perceive it.

White felons are in congress, the senate, or serving in the Obamaloon cabinet.
In a Yahoo News article comment forum yesterday, some poster complained that most posters appeared to be 'middle or upper class' since the majority of posts were anti Health Care Hijack.
I responded: 'That's probably because most people in general are middle or upper class. Do you want to change that?'
I can only imagine this enabled the ancient ancestors to eat raw seal meat without difficulty.
Definitely feckless but, most of all, RACIST.
Blacks are also way overrepresented in undergoing abortions. Epic fail as a group.
And, a "culture" can certainly be considered to be a system of common behaviors and values.
Why would it be surprising that one "culture" would be more violent and dysfunctional than others?
