North Carolina, my adopted state. Fortunately, my wife and I educated our children at home, but occasional attempts to mainstream them led them right into people like this in CA. So we took the job on and eventually moved. Sad to think that NC is willing to become CA on the right coast, but many here are.

My daughter is four. We will NOT send her to public school in either Wake or Durham County, PERIOD. I’ll take a second job working nights if I have to to pay for a private school or homeschool before I’ll subject her to the public schools in this area (even the allegedly “best in the state” over in Wake County).

Please. That is not the appropriate punishment for treason, as described in Article III of the U.S. Constitution:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.
Title 18 United States Code, U.S. Criminal Cose, Section 2381: Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
Now, about those schiool administrators and that school board:

Of course, should these felons resist lawful arrest or use any violence or threat of violence during the commission of their crimes, you are of course fully justified in bitch-slapping the P's.O.S. until they cease their unlawful acts.
