Unfortunately, the truth of that statement is strongly dependent upon who's doing the scrutinizing.

I dunno. The law seems to pertain to hunting and there is nothing in the second amendment about hunting.

That's the thing with NRA - they get all het up about hunting rights to the detriment of real second amendment issues.

It is loosely connected because lots of hunters use guns but I'm not convinced there is any right to hunt that “shall not be infringed”</my .02>.
