I dunno. The law seems to pertain to hunting and there is nothing in the second amendment about hunting.
That's the thing with NRA - they get all het up about hunting rights to the detriment of real second amendment issues.
It is loosely connected because lots of hunters use guns but I'm not convinced there is any right to hunt that “shall not be infringed”</my .02>.

Hmmm - not about hunting or ammo at all (other than it doesn't specifically exclude it).
I don't think it's a necessary law and indeed it may impede interstate commerce - and to whatever extent it does it would be unconstitutional.
I think I'll be sticking with the major battles on the front, and this ain't one of ‘em.
