Nearly 1/2 of U.S. citizens say he's not 'legitimate president'
A new poll marking Barack Obama's one year as president reveals Americans are questioning his legitimacy to hold the office, fear his plans and doubt even his friends.

Wenzel said voters have advanced in their opinions of the issue of Obama's legitimacy from some six months ago when most Americans said they were aware of the questions being raised.
When asked if they consider Obama a "legitimate president," 32.6 percent said no, and another 15.8 percent said they were not sure. Barely half of the voters, 51.5 percent said they do consider Obama a legitimate president even though he has yet to produce a long-form birth certificate that would prove he was born in the U.S.

"As he loses public support for his agenda, the risk grows that this unaddressed issue could come back to haunt Obama, perhaps at a time when he can least afford it. Evidence of this stems from this latest WND/Wenzel Strategies poll – where support for Obama's legitimacy drops to 48 percent when respondents are asked to consider not only the birth certificate issue but also Obama's legislative agenda during his first year," Wenzel said. "The percentage who question his legitimacy also increases when his agenda is considered as part of the equation."

I believe, the Hillary "camp" raised the question(s) first.
Big time Hillary supporter and lifelong (D) member Philip Berg was the first to file an "eligibility" lawsuit...before the DNC convention.

I didn't get that from the article. What I got from it, is that as Barry's popularity continues to drop, more and more people are questioning his eligibility...let alone his policies. The same polling firm states the progression from Barry's higher poll numbers and the respondents being "aware" of the issue, to (now) lower poll numbers and many of the respondents saying they don't believe he's eligible. It's showing a progression in the issue which is contrary to the obot narrative that the issue is dead and gone.

We actually should be able to find out if BP2’s hunch that the Obama-Dunham divorce page missing is Obama’s birth certificate but he/she (sorry, haven’t been keeping track of genders) would need to make a UIPA request to find out for sure.
And if we can get funding, John Charlton is working on a court case to force the DOH to give everything they are legally required to give - including Obama’s original birth certificate - based on rules and the public statement that Fukino made on July 27, 2009. If anybody can afford to pitch in it will speed up the process.
The sad part is that the only way he should have been able to HIDE his birth certificate is by not trying to get his name on the ballot. By applying for the official government service of getting his name on a ballot he submitted to government workers having the right to check the information he submitted against the official documents at the very least and actually certified copies of his records as well.
