This is the key. They know they'll have problems with dem reelections if they don't get more voters. Let's not forget what Clinton and Gore did before reelection time. They Fast Tracked immigrants into citizenship without background checks. As I recall, 10% of those new citizens turned out to have criminal records. The democrats had tables setup to register the new citizens right after they were sworn in.
