When you are in a hole, the first step is to stop digging.
Actually, perhaps a better analogy is that the first step in treating a wound is to stop the bleeding. POTUS apparently wants to work on the physical therapy program, then decide if it’s worth it to stop the bleeding.
The hole gets deeper every day this unqualified adolescent tries to figure out his job. He wants clarity today on an ‘exit strategy’ when we are a looooong way from getting out of a situation that changes every day. What fantasy is that? He hadn’t lived long enough or read enough to understand the complexities of history when he was elected, and he hasn’t learned anything in the intervening year.
STOP THE BLEEDING, MR. PRESIDENT. THEN figure out the way out.
Under Obama, our exit strategy is going to be a hurried evacuation in about 12 - 18 months.
He's going to lose Iraq, too.
