From my inbox: Shutting down FR's support - extortion attempt

Hello Jim,

Since you've done what you've done to another reporter of mine when others seem to be allowed to post back to their blog or sites viablogger section, I've taken the liberty to gathering information about your website.

1. I've determined the need for all that money a month is invalid. I run a major website, and do not need that much.

2. You seem to be running the show, not a major building with staff.

3. Donations like this should be going elsewhere, needed, not into YOUR pockets.

4. I am having a press release written on FR, urging citizens to stop wasting their money on you, and to donate for a better cause, elsewhere.

5. I will not stop, unless the price is right. Yes, this is a bribe, because I will not screw you over had you not screwed me over. But it can change with swift talks.

6. You are not a true AMERICA LOVER.

7. Have a nice day, expect your vendors to pull out soon and your donations frozen.

Reads like satire. I don’t buy it for a second.

Watch his FR statement on video here and see if you think this is a guy capable of satire. Your skepticism is healthy, but in this case we have a delusional, mentally ill borderline personality who appears ready to go fully psycho.

My neighbor has a cat who hangs out on top of the fridge. Ours has been sleeping in the closet on some unused quilts.

If she gets a tattoo of a bagpiper, I’ll know whom to blame!

The reference is from a Suicidal tendencies song (Punk rock) that a friend in my youth turned me on to, I believe the name of it is Institutionalized. Part of the refrain was "all I wanted was a pepsi, but she wouldn't give it to me, all I wanted was a pepsi, but she wouldn't give it to me, just one pepsi, but she wouldn't give it to me... I'm not crazy INSTITUTION, you're the one that's crazy INSTITUTION..."

Check out the following if you dare: Suicidal Tendencies: Institutionalized

Third shift in my company is midnight to eight.
And I sometimes deal with truck drivers who behave like three year olds.
I do envy you being able to go to bed at or before ten.
But I’m a night owl by nature, and day shifts don’t work well for me.

That's a tall order, and may actually put you on the verge... be very careful what you wish for (LOL). All I wanted was a Rondo.

That was new to me! Tab was a cult favorite when I was in college. There was one drink machine that had it, and a half-dozen east-coast girls who were always there to get one before their first morning class.

Rum is to alcohol what chicken is to things you've never eaten before.

"Tastes like chicken" roughly equates to "Man, I bet this would be good with some Rum..."

LOL - that’s about right! I’ll have some rum when Fidel Castro finally dies and we have our “Free Cuba” party, for which I’ve been practicing cooking *forever* now.

Yes, them and Black Flag were short time favorites in my youth. I still like Institutionalized myself, but hadn’t listened to it in years until I found the link that I posted earlier.

I’m told that my coffee is good cutting fluid for heavy liquor.
I honestly have not tried that yet.
