Our Walter Reed salute to the troops last night was very well attended. Upwards of 800 people were there over the three-plus hours of the demonstration.

Someone said that CSPAN would be covering it. Don’t have the link though. I don’t think CSPAN is going to cover it until it starts though officially.

My point was that not all could go to DC no matter how much we wanted to. We don’t all have the money or the time to go off for two or three days.

The march wasn't supposed to start until 11:30am.
I think the area had become too packed to hold any more, and they had to start marching.
I'll betcha if they wanted to, they could encircle the downtown area from the Capitol to the White House. With people to spare.

The crowd gathered at FREEDOM PLAZA between 14th and 13th, E and Pennsylvania. It has greatly overflowed the plaza into all the surrounding street areas and the other traffic cams show large crowds at other cross streets along Pennsylvania Avenue toward the Capitol. This is a very large crowd of Patriots. GOD BLESS THEM ALL and all those who stand behind them!

I am waiting for an unemployment extension. I was supposed to get a check a week ago, but I have to wait until NEXT week for a phone hearing on my extension. Who knows when I am getting paid. Hubby is laid off too, but cannot collect unemployment. So I have a whopping 78 cents in the check book. I have to go write a bad check just for food, and pray I get some money before the electric gets shut off. And you want to pick on me because I did not go to DC!!! How wrong to post that.
