Its looking more and more like the forged Kenyan birth certificate released by Orly Taitz on Sunday was a prank by a supporter of President Obama. Politijab points to an anonymous blogger at FearlessBlogging, who has uploaded four photos of the original forgery and a mocking declaration:
Fine cotton business paper: $11Inkjet printer: $35
1940 Royal Model KMM manual typewriter: $10
2 Shilling coin: $1
Pilot Varsity fountain pen: $3
Punkin the Birthers: Priceless

One issue I could really use some help with is posted here. If I could get a statement from Hawaii on that issue, I could then get a correction from the NYT and CNN. And, that would both strike back at the anti-birthers and would help improve coverage of other topics. Please spend a few minutes helping me with that.
This is nothing comparing to how America got p’nked in 2008 from rigged debates where people were advanced the questions to Democrat staffers and activists asking questions at GOP debates as “uncommitted Republicans” to 2 states not having Democrat presidential primaries and encouraging Dems to vote in the GOP primaries in Florida and Michigan to...
Arresting and jailing the forger of a birth certificate: Priceless.
And Acorn criminals, rigging votes.
The bedspread in all photos in the same, including the photo sent to Orly of the claimed Obama Kenyan birth certificate.
So, yes, it appears this is the forger.
It is illegal to forge documents intended to be used as evidence in a legal proceeding in the U.S. federal courts.
Someone forward this to Orly, and I very much hope she presses the FBI to track down and prosecute the forger.
Creating an fake offical document of a government is fraud, and is against the law.
This seems like a criminal case for fraud, counterfiting and forgery. Where is the Nazi at Injustice Department?
Note the red patterned bedspread appearing in all four photos.
These are the 0’s number though...the one originally posted on FR had a different number supposedly.
Still, doesn’t look good.
>Arresting and jailing the forger of a birth certificate: Priceless.
Sounds good to me.
Punk’d.
If it can't then it's a no-go.
This has been the position of most of the FReepers who've been following this: we insisted on authentication. We didn't accept and haven't accepted Orly's B/C uncritically. We just want the facts.
If the Orly B/C is inauthentic then this simply means that the basis for the 'Birther' issue hasn't changed. A million fakes of Obama's B/C will not prove that Obama has a real one. We need to see the original.
The forger of the Kenyan BC broke no laws.
And it obscures the truth. Trivializes the matter at hand.
So is passing one off to a court of law.
Just creating it is not a fraud. Attempting to pass it off as genuine in an official proceeding is fraud. If anyone is in legal jeopardy here, it's Orly. She filed it with the court and tried to get the court to act based on it.
What would be interesting is how the document got into Orly's possession. Note that her motion to the court only said that she "has it in [her] possession," but doesn't say how she got it. If she just got it in the mail from an anonymous sender and ran to file it in court without doing any due diligence, she is very likely subject to sanctions.
Calling the hoax a forgery is like calling monopoly money a forgery. It’s so obviously a fake that only a fool would believe it to be real.
I’ve read several posts on liberal boards (know thy enemy) about a wave of fakes coming out. The plan is to swamp “Birthers” in a tsunami of documents bogging down the hunt for truth to the point it’s impossible.
