The last time I saw it, I believe it was sitting right out in plain sight at the National Archives. If you really have an interest in seeing it, it’s been on public display for some time.
Is the poster thinking of the basement of the Alamo perhaps?
State sovereignty is the only [initially] peaceful way to restore the republic.
However, at some point, the fedgov will assert its power and the states declaring sovereignty will either have to comply or fight.
So far the only state to have any nads is Indiana.

Fellow citizens & compatriots—
I am besieged, by a thousand
or more of the Mexicans under
